1. Open Command Prompt by pressing the WIN. KEY + R and type CMD
2. On command Prompt type the following command carefully net user administrator /active:yes
3. Restart your computer and the Administrator account will come up.
Please dont\t use this account for any-other thing other than troubleshooting.
To Hide back the account, open Command Prompt and type net user administrator /active:no
